In-depth analytics

At this stage we immerse ourselves in the context: analyzing the environment, studying behavioral patterns, building heat maps and parametric design models. In some cases we conduct in-depth interviews with residents. Once the analytical part is complete, conceptual design begins.

Working documentation

To obtain the high-quality product designed at the concept stage, maximum detail is required — a thorough elaboration of every node, combination, utility crossing, the planting material and much more.

3D modeling

Visualization is an essential tool for conveying the atmosphere of the future project. For the client to be able to take a virtual walk through it, maximum detail is required.

Comfort for the client at every stage of the work

How we work

The company’s chief architect personally oversees every project — from the site visit and an in-depth interview with the client to the final acceptance. This helps resolve any question quickly and make adjustments efficiently.

We value your time. Every issue is handled fast and properly by a large team of professionals, while you communicate with only one or two people from the management.

Design work is broken down into stages, with the sequence, scope, duration and outcome of each stage clearly defined. You always know and see what is happening with the project at every step.

We build a schedule of meetings and presentations that suits you best and choose the format of communication that is most comfortable for you.

Your personal project manager is always available for any question about the progress of the work and gathers detailed information from every professional involved in your garden — each stage is run in full transparency for the client’s comfort.

Every design stage also passes additional internal reviews by our leading specialists, which prevents errors and oversights.

Every week we provide a full report with photos of the completed work in electronic form, and we are always ready to promptly make changes or take additional wishes into account.

We act as the client’s own technical supervision: we coordinate and control all adjacent contractors working on utilities and related systems (lighting, gas, water, irrigation, greenhouses, CCTV, planting and so on).

At the acceptance of any stage, our technical supervision performs the initial inspection, and only after all internal remarks are resolved and the result is brought to perfection is it presented to the client. This saves your time and your nerves.

We guarantee the quality of all our engineering solutions and planting material.

We provide a long-term warranty on all work and carry out the maintenance ourselves — or supply detailed instructions for maintaining the garden on your own.

01
Site analysis and concept design

We visit the site, study the specifics of the territory, the surrounding development and infrastructure. We conduct pre-design research and analyze the functional zoning. We shape the concept of the public space, taking into account the client’s goals and the needs of future residents.

02
We prepare the design documentation

We develop the master plan, the dendrological plan, and the landscaping, lighting and drainage layouts. We create working drawings and design solutions that comply with regulatory requirements. We coordinate the documentation with the client and, where necessary, with the regulatory authorities.

03
We deliver the project

We provide design supervision and coordinate construction and landscape works. We monitor compliance with the design decisions and the project timeline. We interact with contractor organizations at every stage of construction.

04
We complete the site improvement and hand over the project

We organize the planting of greenery, lay surfacing and install small architectural forms. We put the site into operation and hand over a complete set of documentation to the client. We develop recommendations for the care of the greenery and landscaping.

We analyze the audience — children, adults, the elderly — as well as local specifics. The space is divided into functional zones: play, walking, sports and rest areas, so that every group feels comfortable.
We take every aspect into account — lighting, accessibility for people with limited mobility, durable materials and safety on children's playgrounds and sports grounds.
We consider the regional climate, soil conditions, the load on the area and the maintenance conditions. We use durable materials and plants that keep their aesthetic appeal all year round and stand up to external stresses.
All questions

  • Park landscape design is a complex, multi-stage process aimed at creating a comfortable, aesthetically appealing environment in urban and public spaces. In today’s cityscape, parks play a key role, serving not only as a place of rest and recreation but also as an important element of park greening and public space improvement.

    Park design and improvement

The process of designing and improving a park involves several key stages: developing the concept, preparing the project, carrying out the greening and improvement works, and then operating and maintaining the grounds. One of the first steps is the park improvement project, which must take into account the specifics of the terrain, the climate, and the needs of future visitors.

    The main design stages:

    1. Park improvement concept: Defining the park’s style, goals and objectives.
    2. Park improvement design documentation: Developing detailed plans and drawings.
    3. Park improvement works: Construction, greening, and the installation of small architectural forms.

    Greening park territories

Greening is an integral part of improving park territories. It not only improves the ecological situation but also creates a unique atmosphere for rest and strolls. An important element is choosing the right plants for greening — ones that can adapt to the local conditions and underscore the park’s aesthetic concept.

    Plants for park greening:

    • Trees and shrubs: They cast shade and lend the park a sense of seclusion.
    • Lawns and flower beds: They add vivid color and create zones for active recreation.
    • Water bodies and ponds: They improve the microclimate and attract a variety of birds.
Greening parks and public gardens is especially important in big cities, where every patch of greenery matters enormously. Greening urban parks helps reduce air pollution, improves the microclimate and creates comfortable conditions for residents.

Current trends in park landscape design

Modern park landscape design projects show a clear trend toward multifunctional zones that can be used all year round. Elements of garden and park landscape design that blend traditional and contemporary approaches appear ever more often.

    Ideas for park improvement:

    • Park zone templates: Dividing the grounds into active and passive recreation zones.
    • Interactive elements: Installing art objects and interactive playgrounds.
    • Sustainability: Using natural materials and introducing sustainable water-management systems.

    Conclusion

Park and public garden landscape design is about more than creating a beautiful territory. It is a complex process that includes improving urban park territories, greening the park grounds, and designing and implementing modern solutions aimed at raising the quality of urban life. What matters is that every park becomes not just a place of rest but a harmonious element of the urban environment that meets modern standards and requirements.
Improving a city park is an investment in the future — one that pays off not only in a better environment but also in a higher standard of living and comfort for residents.
