This is the largest private grounds among the premium real estate projects of the Petrogradsky District of St. Petersburg. The “Severnaya Korona” complex is being built on the Karpovka River embankment, next to Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt.

КОНЦЕПЦИЯ
The landscaping unites the three courtyards of “Severnaya Korona”: the open central cour d’honneur and the enclosed western and eastern courtyards. Each is self-sufficient, yet tied to the others by the design decisions.
The central courtyard will be a promenade and a public space, open from the Karpovka River embankment and culminating in the bowl of a water feature. An artificial pond and a stream will be located here, setting the atmosphere of the cour d'honneur. At its entrance — a striking leaning pine, creating a play of shadows and reflections in the water.
