In-depth analytics

At this stage we immerse ourselves in the context: analyzing the environment, studying behavioral patterns, building heat maps and parametric design models. In some cases we conduct in-depth interviews with residents. Once the analytical part is complete, conceptual design begins.

Working documentation

To obtain the high-quality product designed at the concept stage, maximum detail is required — a thorough elaboration of every node, combination, utility crossing, the planting material and much more.

3D modeling

Visualization is an essential tool for conveying the atmosphere of the future project. For the client to be able to take a virtual walk through it, maximum detail is required.

Landscaping and greening is a fairly complex, multi-part process. Each of our projects is individual and requires the development of appropriate engineering solutions that optimize costs and create unique gardens, following the client's wishes and making them a reality. For a project to be delivered successfully, thoroughly developed working documentation is essential.

Comfort for the client at every stage of the work

How we work

The company’s chief architect personally oversees every project — from the site visit and an in-depth interview with the client to the final acceptance. This helps resolve any question quickly and make adjustments efficiently.

We value your time. Every issue is handled fast and properly by a large team of professionals, while you communicate with only one or two people from the management.

Design work is broken down into stages, with the sequence, scope, duration and outcome of each stage clearly defined. You always know and see what is happening with the project at every step.

We build a schedule of meetings and presentations that suits you best and choose the format of communication that is most comfortable for you.

Your personal project manager is always available for any question about the progress of the work and gathers detailed information from every professional involved in your garden — each stage is run in full transparency for the client’s comfort.

Every design stage also passes additional internal reviews by our leading specialists, which prevents errors and oversights.

Every week we provide a full report with photos of the completed work in electronic form, and we are always ready to promptly make changes or take additional wishes into account.

We act as the client’s own technical supervision: we coordinate and control all adjacent contractors working on utilities and related systems (lighting, gas, water, irrigation, greenhouses, CCTV, planting and so on).

At the acceptance of any stage, our technical supervision performs the initial inspection, and only after all internal remarks are resolved and the result is brought to perfection is it presented to the client. This saves your time and your nerves.

We guarantee the quality of all our engineering solutions and planting material.

We provide a long-term warranty on all work and carry out the maintenance ourselves — or supply detailed instructions for maintaining the garden on your own.

01
Site analysis and concept design

We visit the site, study the specifics of the territory, the surrounding development and infrastructure. We conduct pre-design research and analyze the functional zoning. We shape the concept of the public space, taking into account the client’s goals and the needs of future residents.

02
We prepare the design documentation

We develop the master plan, the dendrological plan, and the landscaping, lighting and drainage layouts. We create working drawings and design solutions that comply with regulatory requirements. We coordinate the documentation with the client and, where necessary, with the regulatory authorities.

03
We deliver the project

We provide design supervision and coordinate construction and landscape works. We monitor compliance with the design decisions and the project timeline. We interact with contractor organizations at every stage of construction.

04
We complete the site improvement and hand over the project

We organize the planting of greenery, lay surfacing and install small architectural forms. We put the site into operation and hand over a complete set of documentation to the client. We develop recommendations for the care of the greenery and landscaping.

We analyze the audience — children, adults, the elderly — as well as local specifics. The space is divided into functional zones: play, walking, sports and rest areas, so that every group feels comfortable.
We take every aspect into account — lighting, accessibility for people with limited mobility, durable materials and safety on children's playgrounds and sports grounds.
We consider the regional climate, soil conditions, the load on the area and the maintenance conditions. We use durable materials and plants that keep their aesthetic appeal all year round and stand up to external stresses.
All questions

  • Alleys are an important element of landscape design, creating spaces that are not only aesthetically appealing but also functional for relaxation and strolls. A well-planned alley can emphasize the style of a garden, become the main accent of a park area and even serve as a link between different parts of the grounds.

    Alley improvement: the key aspects

Alley improvement involves a set of measures aimed at creating a comfortable and attractive space. Its main tasks are:
    • Choosing suitable materials for the path surface;
    • Ensuring proper water removal and drainage;
    • Installing lighting for evening walks;
    • Setting up rest areas and small architectural forms.
Another important stage is the greening of the alley, which plays a key role in creating a cozy, natural atmosphere.

    Alley greening: choosing the plants

Greening an alley means more than planting trees and shrubs along the paths — it is the creation of a harmonious landscape pattern. When choosing plants, one should consider the climate, the soil type and the overall concept of the garden.
Popular solutions for alley greening include:
    1. Trees with a dense crown — ideal for creating shaded alleys. These can be lindens, maples or chestnuts, which will cast natural shade and lend the alley a stately look.
    2. Shrubs and flowering plants — they add bright accents and picturesque charm. Lilacs, roses and hydrangeas work well and can be used to create colorful borders.
    3. Lawns and low-growing plants — they look excellent along the paths, framing them in green and protecting the surface from erosion.

The alley in landscape design: key principles

In landscape design, an alley can serve various purposes, from the decorative to the practical. Depending on its intended role, different approaches to its creation are chosen.
    • Decorative alleys often serve to adorn the garden and create visual perspectives. Here it is important to observe symmetry and proportion, selecting plants and decorative elements in keeping with the overall style of the property.
    • Functional alleys are used to connect different areas of a garden or park. Such alleys should be wide and comfortable enough for movement, especially if they are used for regular walks or for garden machinery.

Ideas for laying out a park and greening an alley

Creating an alley is not just about laying paths and planting trees. Ideas for laying out a park and greening an alley should take into account the style of the property, its size and its functional purposes. Here are a few key ideas:
    1. A labyrinth alley: winding paths lined with hedges, which can be complemented by arches of climbing plants.
    2. A gallery alley: pergolas or arches adorned with climbing plants, creating a shaded, secluded space.
    3. A flower alley: perennials and shrubs planted along the paths form a vivid floral walk, especially attractive in spring and summer.

    Conclusion

Alley landscape design is an integral part of the improvement of any park or garden. Well-considered alley landscaping and the right choice of plants for its greening will help create a cozy, beautiful and functional space that will delight its owners for many years.
This process calls for careful planning and a professional approach, but the result is worth every effort. After all, it is the alley that can become the central element uniting all parts of your garden or park into a single harmonious whole.
