Implementation is the full cycle of landscape works based on the approved design. The company carries out all construction and installation works itself rather than handing them over to scattered contractors.

First comes what lies hidden beneath the garden: the drainage and stormwater system, grading, retaining walls, terraces and steps. Then the paths and paved areas according to the surfacing plan, with properly detailed junctions and reinforced edges, so the paving lasts for years instead of sagging after a single season.Lighting and automatic irrigation
Outdoor lighting is installed in switching groups, with separate accent lighting for plants, and the automatic irrigation system is laid out according to the working diagrams — before the final greening, so the finished garden never has to be dug up again.Small architectural forms

Plants are the most alive — and the most temperamental — part of implementation. The team works with European nurseries, travels to select plants in person, checks the resilience of the root system and stocks the site strictly according to the dendrological plan. Mature trees are planted with a prepared root ball and post-planting care, not simply set “straight from the pit”.Greening projects are carried out in any style — designed for year-round bloom and built on low-maintenance principles: a stable plant community requires less and less intervention over time.
Technical supervision on the client’s side

On the construction of a private garden there are always adjacent contractors at work — lighting, gas, water, irrigation, greenhouses, CCTV, planting. DEREVO PARK takes on the role of the client’s technical supervision: it coordinates and controls these works so that they do not conflict with one another. Each stage is first inspected by our internal technical supervision, and only after all remarks are resolved is it presented to the client — saving their time and nerves.
Transparency: a weekly photo report and a project manager always in touch

Every week the client receives a detailed photo report on the progress of the work and watches the garden grow. The project manager is always available and answers any question. At the same time, the client communicates with one or two people from the management rather than a dozen contractors — all information is gathered in a single point.
Acceptance, warranty and garden maintenance service

All engineering solutions, works and planting material come with a long-term warranty. After handover, the company maintains the garden according to a seasonal calendar or provides the client with detailed instructions for independent care. A well-planned low-maintenance garden requires less and less attention over time and only grows more beautiful.
